The context menu displayed each time the Supervisor/Account Executive right-click on specific proposal from a certain section, allows him to perform any of the action listed below and which are detailed throughout this chapter:
View Proposal - Consult proposals by opening proposal in read-only mode.
Modify Proposal - Manage proposals by opening proposal in read-write mode.
Additionally, the top toolbar present in the various proposals sections provides other useful functions including:
Proposal Reports - Shows the proposal reports drop-down menu
Do.Ma. (Document Management) - Opens the Documents Management module
Proposal Operations Log - Displays the operations log related to most important proposal line's operations
Event Log - Shows all operations performed for the asset(s) linked to the selected proposal line
Scheduling Report - View through a simple interface, all the scheduling operations performed for a certain proposal line
Extended Scheduling Report - Detailed log containing all the successful and unsuccessful scheduling actions performed during a scheduling operations
AD Space Booking - Automatically book events derived from a certain order line
Scheduling Status - Easily manage (view, move, delete and insert) scheduled events derived from order lines.
