Export Scope
The PEBBLE BEACH ASRUN XML export allows exporting an XML file containing the broadcast schedule of one selected day formatted conforming to the specifications of Pebble Beach systems.
Export parameters
This export allows the following parameters to be set and then [saved]:

Export_standard_pebble_beach_asrun_xml

•Day to export: Specify the date from which data to be exported will be retrieved.
Parameters                        
•Export path: Indicate the path on which the exported file will be placed.
•Export events with duration longer than:  You can also select to export events with a longer duration than "n" minutes (default set at 5), this parameter is very useful is you want to exclude events with a short duration (e.g. commercials).
•Export filename: Define the format with which files will be named once exported:
xxxxxxxxxxyyyymmdd_hhmmss.xml                 where:
oxxxxxxxxxx: Characters set for being appended to the filename as a prefix.
oyyyymmdd_hhmmss: The date and time at which the export is performed (e.g. 20130215_171203).
▪Export also frames in the <onairtime> tag: If enabled, the time frames specified in the <onairtime> tag (see sample file below) would be exported.
▪Export the individual parts of a program, without grouping them: If the assets consists of main programs and other commercial spots, enable this option to export all individual parts of the programs including the commercial spots into the XML file.  If disabled, only the main programs would be exported.
Launch the export
Once all parameters have been correctly set, just press the <Export> button to launch the export operation.
