79.4.8.10 Story Settings

In Settings node, the features in Story enable you to protect, backup, and recovery stories in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

• Story auto save every: Enable this option and specify an interval time to auto-backup the story for recovery.
• Story auto recovery every: By enabling this option and specify an interval time to create snapshot, you can recover the story not been saved due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Destination folder where to record audio file: Select a path for audio files and jingles repository.
• Destination folder where graphics will be stores: For machine with ETX-G CG, select a path for graphics objects repository.
• Default Graphics for video in the story: this button allow to configure the graphics to assign to all videos in the stories. Clicking this button the following form will open, where the user can select the ETX-G graphic from the database and specify in which timecode range it will be visible onair. Refer to Stories management chapter for more information about how to use the Etere Graphics EDL Editor.

• Words per minute: Set the speech duration calculation ratio per minute.
• Upload FTP Server: Define the FTP Server setting for mobile application.

In the Toolbar menu, functions available are:


• Save - (Ctrl + S): Save the changes made in global settings.
• Cancel - (Ctrl + Z): Revert the changes made previously in global settings.
• Preview codec priority: This function enable the preview of codecs priority in Nunzio.
