59.5.4.40 Pre/Post Telecast Times

Report Description

The Pre/Post Telecast times report allows the generation of a document containing a chronological list of all the events of a particular order scheduled within a certain period, detailing the customer, scheduled time, commercial type, station, asset, duration and price.

This report provides two versions, the first showing all events correctly scheduled and the second including all unplaced events (i.e., events in white and black lists).

Report Filters

All the parameters that permit a detailed report generation have been spread across seven different tabs to allow a more manageable configuration. By default, all filters are disabled (i.e., either blank or unselected); it is enough to configure at least one parameter inside to enable them. Available filters include:

•Customer: Select the customer for which the report is

•Order: Specify the order in which the report is being created,

•Print scheduled time: If enabled, the time column will display the scheduled time of events; instead, if disabled, it will display their actual time,

•Print post-scheduled date: If enabled, the date column will display the actual scheduling date; instead, if disabled, it will display the W/C date specified by the order line.

•Period: Select the exact time interval to be analyzed from which scheduled assets will be retrieved.

Report Preview

The [Settings] permits configuring the page layout of the outgoing document; once filters and settings have been set, it will be possible to select between displaying a preview using the related [Preview] button or printing the document directly using the [Report] button. Please note that some reports permit the export of the generated document in the most common formats (pdf, CSV, doc, xls, XML, etc) just by using the [Export] button.
