70.3.9.6 Library Rack

In the Library Rack tab, it display all the partitioned drives assigned as HSM Disk Library in the library rack in database, and the current activity statue (e.g. Read, White, Idle, Off, etc) of each Disk Library indicated in the library rack.  The disk library can be configured to shut down when it is in dormant state (idle) for a specific period of time.
