With the Assets Assignment module it will be easy to locate and solve issues related to the association of assets, allowing to use the following search filters:
Missing assets
Enabling the ‘All orders without linked assets’ parameter and pressing the [Search] button, all the orders which have not yet linked to an asset for the given period will be listed (their assets list will be empty, but it will be possible to add assets):
Unrecorded assets
Enabling the ‘Only unrecorded assets’ parameter and pressing the [Search] button, all the orders linked to assets which are not yet recorded for the given period will be listed (their assets list will display unrecorded assets with a red balloon, being possible to add a different asset):
Detailed reports
Alternatively, the generation of detailed reports for monitoring assets associations will be available under the Reports module, from where the following reports will be available:
•Missing Materials on All Orders: The Missing Materials on All Orders generate a report containing a list of all order lines, either scheduled or not, which has not been associated to an asset. Events included in the report can be grouped by duration and dates; different dates will result in different lines.
•Missing Materials on Scheduled Orders: The Missing Materials on Scheduled Orders generate a report containing a list of all order lines scheduled to go on-air on a certain period without associated to an asset (i.e. missing assets), has not been scheduled, or its associated asset has not been recorded (i.e. unrecorded assets).
