When queueing archive/restore requests, HSM Headquarters will check the following conditions in order to process the request:

Request type - Archive
Required condition : The total size (sum of all files) of the metafile must be less or equal to the storage capacity of the used media.
For instance, in case a library uses LTO5 cartridges with a maximum capacity of 1,5TB, scheduling the archive of a metafile formed by 100 files and a total size of 1,8TB will return an error due to the unavailability of space.
