Report Description
The Production Guide report allows for generating a document containing a certain schedule type for a specified period, and it is also possible to narrow the report to a specific time segment.
Report Filters
All the parameters that permit detailed report generation have been spread across seven different tabs to allow for easier configuration. By default, all filters are disabled (i.e., either blank or unselected); to enable them, it is enough to configure at least one parameter inside. Available filters include:
•Date range (from-to): Specify the dates between which the events to be retrieved have been scheduled,
•Time interval (from-to): Indicate the exact range of time on which these events have been scheduled,
•Station: Choose the station on which the events to be retrieved have been scheduled,
•Schedule: Select the schedule level from which events will be retrieved, that is, the real schedule or any of the ten alternative schedules,
•From Person / to Person: You can also customize the title of the report and the name of the person to whom the report is directed.
•Insert the events that have the property in the cluster: Specify which property will be used to retrieve the events required for the Production Guide. Only those events whose type has the selected property ('commercial' or 'group in cluster') enabled will be included in the report.
Report Preview
The [Settings] permits configuring the page layout of the outgoing document; once filters and settings have been set, it will be possible to select between displaying a preview using the related [Preview] button or printing the document directly using the [Report] button. Please note that some reports permit the export of the generated document in the most common formats (PDF, CSV, DOC, XLS, XML, etc) just by using the [Export] button.
