Export Scope
The Export Custom Asset ORBIT XML enable you to search the assets in Media Library and export the selected assets to an XML file.  The exported XML file name must be in the format of “COD_PROGRA.xml”, e.g. “SR1492734.xml”.
The assets are exported based on following criteria:
•The data are exported from <Synopsis_English> tag and <Synopsis_Arabic> tab.
•The <Trailer> tag contain the movie description, if it contain data (e.g. "VOD Test") the data would be exported (e.g. as “VOD Test.mpg”).  If the tag is empty, no data would be exported.
•The <Preview_file> tag would not be exported.
•The <Poster_file> tag would be exported from Media Library’s Title field with extension “.JPG”.
•The <Trailer> tag would be exported from Media Library’s Title field with extension “.MPG”.
•The <Function> tag would contain the selected flexi-metadata in the Constraints list.
•The flexi-metadata are separated by Tags
o'Item_Genre_En' - separated by commas
o'Item_Category_En' - separated by commas
o'Item_Actors_En' - chr (13) and chr (10) are exported instead of the commas.
If the export is launched by Data Mover, the export would create the file name based on the file name passed by Data Mover, without changing the file name.
Export parameters
The following parameters must be set to fulfill the export process:

Export_custom_orbit_asset_xml

Parameters
•Export path: Indicate the path where the exported XML file will be placed.
•Select assets to be exported: Open the asset search form to select asset(s) for which their linked files data will be exported.  Multiple assets can be selected by holding the “Ctrl” key or “Shift” key while marking assets.
Upon completion, click the <Save Parameters> to save the parameter settings.
Launch the export
Once the parameters are correctly set, press the <Export> button to launch the export operation.
