54.8.3.4 Workflows

The "Workflow Info" tool allows you to consult the status of a workflow (e.g. web requests) attached to a particular contact by providing the following operations:

•Update: This function updates the workflow status and current workflow action.

•View workflow: This function opens the 'View Workflow' tool that displays the workflow execution through graphical action blocks.

•View log:  It displays the log containing all information about the execution of the workflow for the selected asset(s).

•View all archived logs: This function display the same information as the 'view log' function but for archived records. This function will only be available if a historical database has been configured.

NB: It is important to note that only those workflows linked to the current contact will be displayed in this section.
