59.5.4.74 Commercial Statistics

Report Description

The Commercial statistics report allows you to see, either by Product category or by Customer, the value and number of commercials broken down into their duration.

Report Filters

All the parameters that permit a detailed report generation have been spread across seven different tabs to allow a more manageable configuration. By default, all filters are disabled (i.e., either blank or unselected); to enable them, it is enough to configure at least one parameter inside. Available filters include:

•Interval: Give the date range from which the data to be included in the report will be retrieved,

•Status: Indicate if the report will take into account either all events or only those which are free-transmitted,

•Statistic type: Specify how commercials will be classified, either by personal data (Customer or agency) or product code (commercial category),

•Filter: If the statistic type is 'personal data', the Customer or agency to which the report is related must be specified here.

NB: All calculations are done exclusively on events managed by Air Sales, considering all the commercial event types.

Report Preview

The [Settings] permits configuring the page layout of the outgoing document; once filters and settings have been set, it will be possible to select between displaying a preview using the related [Preview] button or printing the document directly using the [Report] button.

Please note that some reports permit the export of the generated document in the most common formats (pdf, CSV, doc, xls, XML, etc) just by using the [Export] button.
