Type-Transcoding

Description: Check if the asset's type is enabled for a particular property (e.g. Transcoding).

Results:
a. Yes: The property is enabled (e.g. the asset can be transcoded).
b. No: The property is not enabled (e.g. the asset cannot be transcoded).
