This application serves to import an .xls file with Audience Data in it that is used for reporting and general audience surveys post scheduling. Different countries will have different data, some reporting in percentage share and some in actual figures.
Importing an audience file
To import a file, the following steps must be followed:
1.In Etere Configuration > Setting > Coding Areas Coding section establish a list of the audience areas that are present in the import data (e.g. Mega, Metro and Suburbs),
NB: Audience areas specified in the XLS are case sensitive, they must be named exactly as in Etere Configuration.
2.Open the Import application in Air Sales and press the 'Open File' button which allows you to select the relevant import file (.xls),
3.Press the 'Start Import' button and a pop-up appears allowing you to specify the Area and Station name (both found in the import file). Press the green tick to start the import,
4.The following screen message will appear once the import is complete:
5.Once the audience data has been imported it will be used by various reports to compare target audience figures with actual figures.
