The simultaneous insertion of overlapped logos can be performed in three different ways according to specific scenarios:
A. Using a Multi-layer Logo Generator
If the logo generator device allows to insert multiple overlapped logos, Etere support this feature but requires one single license for each logo.
NB: Multiple layer logo generators must have a 'logo off' command for each layer, this feature is essential for Etere.
B. Using a Single-layer Logo Generator
If the logo generator device is not a multi-layer device (i.e. it does not have multiple independent layers) but a single-layer logo, by using Etere STMan it is possible to insert multiple overlapped logos by following any of the methods below:
1 Create the proper script commands that will be sent to the logo generator. Please refer to the Script Strings chapter for detailed information on creating custom script commands.
Please note that scripts commands are based on the set of specific commands supported by the logo generator device, this information usually forms part of the device's documentation.
2 Use the pass-through command to send hexadecimal commands directly to the logo generator. Please refer to the The Passthru Command section of the Etere STMan chapter for detailed information on how to use passthrough commands.
