•Group Promo: Use this option to display trailers only once in the list, indicating the number of times they have been scheduled in the period.
•List available Promo: Enabled this option to display the available trailer, including trailer which are not scheduled.
In the Promo List, if the number in the “Scheduled time” column is greater than the number in “Frequency” column (if greater than 0), a warning message would be prompted.

The Promo List displays all trailer scheduled on the specific date, including valid trailer assets without value in “Start date” and “Expiry date”.  If you wish to hide those trailer assets from the scheduled date, simply enter a future date as “Start date” or enter a past date as “Expiry date” to exclude from the daily scheduled list.
Inserting trailers in the schedule
It is possible to schedule trailers listed in this section, simply make right-click on trailer and select the <Insert> option to insert trailer to the schedule. See the Placing Promos chapter for detailed information on this function.  Only trailers available for the selected channel are displayed.
When inserting trailer to schedule, there are 3 options for insertion:
-Insert: insert the trailer into the current opened schedule.
-Insert top: insert trailer to the top of the schedule.
-Insert bottom: insert trailer at the end of the schedule.
When inserting trailers In Executive Editor and Strategic Editor, you must use the insert function to insert trailers into schedule, if you attempt to insert the trailers using the drag-and-drop method, a warning message would be prompted and the insertion would be denied.
The trailers you are allowed to insert are based on the dates of validity and its expiration, and the number of times the trailers is allowed to be inserted into the schedule is based on the frequency settings in Media Library.  If you attempt to insert trailer exceeding the maximum number of events allowed per day, a warning message would be prompt and appropriate action is required to resume the trailer insertion.
