79.4.8.3 Notifications

In Notifications node, when Editor assign a saved story to a journalist, a notification message would be prompted at the top right corner of the workstation to notify the journalist.  The full messages are stored in the Notification folder in Staff section of respective journalist.  Old messages are marked as read, unread messages are in bold.

As for the editor, besides monitoring the Agenda view for those tasks assigned to journalists, when journalist has completed the task assignment and revert the saved story to the editor, a notification message would be prompted to notify the editor.
In the event when notification message in not received at station, an error message “Unable to receive the notification.  Restart application” blinking in yellow would be popup in workstation.  You must restart the workstation in order to resume updating of the story in workstation.
