Strategic Editor allows to manually manage the White and Blacks Lists, either insert events or move events from the list. This functions are available by making right click on a certain event/segment and selecting one of the following options:
Move events to:
Function - Move to White List
Description : Insert into the selected segment an event(s) which have been placed into the white list.
NB: Inserting the same event into the list is prohibited.
Function - Move to Black List
Description : Insert into the selected segment events which have been placed into the black list.
NB: Inserting the same event into the list is prohibited.
When an event is moved into a White or Black list, Etere Air Sales keeps track of the linked assets, when the event re-inserted into the schedule, the asset will be automatically linked to the event.
Insert event from:
Function - Insert form the White List
Description : Re- schedule event(s) which have been placed into the white list.
Function - Insert from the Black List
Description : Re-schedule event(s) which have been placed into the black list.
Assets associated to event re-scheduled from BL/WL.
Detailed info on how materials are assigned when re-scheduling BL/WL events is available on chapter "Reinsertion from BL/WL".
The user-interface for managing white and black lists consist of following parameters:
(displayed events can be sorted by order, line, runs, priority, etc just by clicking on the related column)
Parameter - Columns arrangement
Description : Modify the position of columns by moving them to the left or right using the arrow buttons.
Available columns include: Order, line number, runs, list priority, period, order period, days, customer, spot code, duration amount, last exit date, notes, list type, id, source, asset id, code, classification.
Parameter - Ignore days associations within the period
Description : Show all events listed in black/white list including those not associated to the current day.
Parameter - [Update]
Description : This button refreshes the list of all black/white listed events available for the current day.
Moreover, the Black List interface allow managing events by right-click on event and execute one of following functions:
Function - Insert
Description : Use the following functions to re-schedule the selected event(s) into the schedule:
Insert in current day's schedule into the selected segment - Re-schedule one run of the selected event(s) within the selected segment, verify the times, blocks and rules of the related order(s).
Alert Operator if the segment is not included in the order's blocks
Insert in current day's schedule into booked segments - Attempt re-scheduling one run of the selected event (s) within the current day's schedule, verify the times, blocks and rules of the related order(s)
Note: Warning message would be prompt if attempt to insert the already-presented event to the same segment.
Function - Move in white list
Description : Removes the selected event from the black list and place it in the white list of the same day.
Function - Show order
Description : Open the order from which the event derives using the Orders module.
Function - info
Description : Show detailed information on the selected event (order, date, etc).
NB: Multi-selection is enabled for selecting multiple events and executing one function for all of them.
