91.1.1 Installation

Use Etere Update to install the following Radio Live modules and services, which are mandatory to run a proper playout system.

Radio Live Engine Service: The core of the playout system, configurable from the specific Etere Web section (see chapter 18.4.6.0 Radio Live Engine).

Schedule Publisher Service: This service is responsible of the communication between Radio Live Playout, Radio Live Engine main and backup and Executive Editor.

Additionally, the following modules and services are available:

Service automation remote control for web: This service allows to the speaker to have a panel on Etere Web where to keep track of the on-air event, the schedule of the day, the status of the Radio Playout and different time counters (see chapter 17.1.0.0 Automation Remote Panel).

Radio Live Playout: This application allows to control the playout, view the playlist, preview events, send on-air graphics and scenes and more. In simpler scenarios however, the main controls are available also on Executive Editor's remote control (see chapter 91.4.0.0 Radio Live Playout for more information).

Radio Live Cartwall: The stand-alone version, which inherits the settings from the Cartwall section inside Radio Live Playout (see chapter 91.8.0.0 Radio Live Cartwall (stand-alone) for more details).

Radio Live Director: A simplified interface of Radio Live playout with a focus on previews and schedules (see chapter 91.7.0.0 Radio Live Director for additional information).
