Report Description

This report, allows you to print all the content (or only specific assets) archived in certain tapes sorted by either tape or asset codes.

Report Filters

All the parameters that permits a detailed generation of the report have been spread across seven different tabs to allows an easier configuration. By default all filters are disabled (i.e.: they are either blank or unselected), to enable them it is enough to configure at least one parameters on their inside. Available filters includes:

Selection:
•Tape: Indicate if all the tapes would be included in the report or only a specific tape.
•Asset: It is possible to include all the assets in the report, or search and select a specific asset.

Used tapes only: If enabled, only those tapes with assets on them would be included in the report.

Also files logically deleted on the tape: If enabled, those files which have been logically deleted from a tape would be included in the report.

Customize Columns:
•Source path: The report would captured the original path of the archived file.
•Asset description: A short description of the asset.
•Use dates: The date the asset was archived and the last-read date.

Sort List By:

•Sort by: Indicate if report contents would be sorted either by tape or asset.

•Page break: Enable this option to start each tape on a new page.

Report Preview

The [Settings] permits to configure the page layout of the outgoing document; once filters and settings have been set it will be possible to select between displaying a preview using the related [Preview] button or printing the document directly using the [Report] button. Please note that some reports permit to export the generated document in the most common formats (pdf, csv, doc, xls, xml, etc) just by using the [Export] button.
