With this tool it's possible to replace a scheduled event in one or more schedules, with another event, in each time slot and each day where it is scheduled, the required parameters are:
•Date Range: Set here the Date Range where the event has to be replaced. By activating the option Deactivate protection, user rights on past and future schedules won't be considered when searching the scheduled event to replace.
•Slot: By ticking off this option, it's possible to define the search only on a certain time slot (e.g.: 06:00 - 18:00).
•Asset to replace: Search here for the event to be replaced.
•Single/ Multiple substitution: Search here for the event(s) that replaces the other one.
•Search: Show a list containing all the positions where the selected asset has been scheduled.
•Delete: Delete ALL the asset from all the positions where it has been scheduled. If the selected asset is locked by another user in the schedule, the delete operation would be aborted.
•Print: Show you the aforementioned list in a ready-to-be-printed format.
Search results are displayed in the grid below. Click on Replace to replace the scheduled event code with the new one. Similar to the restriction applied on Delete function, if the scheduled event is locked by another user the replacement action would be denied.
NB: The Change Code utility is launched at the end of Delete command to replace the schedules when the time slots are available.
