Action Description
The “Flexi-metadata add days” action allows you to indicate the number of days to update when updating the Flexi-metadata field in the database.
Action Parameters
Name - Provide a short and self-descriptive name for the T-workflow action.
Flexi-metadata - Specify the metadata to be set.
You can click the browse button to launch the search form and use the search criteria to locate the flexi-metadata.
NB: Only supported types will be selectable; therefore, only date-time metadata will be displayed.
Number of days - Indicate that the flexi-metadata field should be updated for the specified days.
Set mode - Specify in each way the Flexi-metadata would be set:
Based on T-workflow - The metadata would be set for either the asset form to which the T-workflow is attached or the EDL segment for which the T-workflow has been launched.
Always on asset - The metadata would always be set for the asset form to which the T-workflow is attached.
On metafile, if possible - The metadata would be attempted to be checked for the metafile to which the T-workflow is attached.
How to use it
Once the T-workflow action is created, this action needs to be included in a T-workflow under the T-Workflow designer and then attached and launched for the desired asset(s).
