The Grid section mainly allows to bind specific price list(s) to certain blocks contained within a given date range. Etere Air Sales allows users to create custom price lists on its Price Lists section, and to design suitable scheduling structures on its Weekly Schedule module.
Associate Price Lists
Once all required price lists and scheduling structures have been correctly defined, the price list can be associate to the blocks:
1.Open the structure
Click on the 'Open' button and set relevant data according to the dates you intend to manage:
Option
•Only commercial category: If selected, space that allows for 'commercial' assets would be displayed. (Etere Configuration > Settings > Asset Properties)
•Selected type: This option allows to specify which asset type and type groups the user intends to assign the price lists to.
Period
•From date / To date: Select the date range to which the user intends to assign price lists.
Click <OK> when all relevant parameters have been entered, the structure of the given date range would be shown in a daily view.
2.Selecting blocks
The user can navigate through the opened dates and assign existing price lists to the blocks displayed in the day. Please note that you can select multiple blocks by holding the "Ctrl" key and select the blocks.
Once all blocks have been selected on certain day, by right-click and selecting the 'Add/Remove price list' option (or pressing the 'Ins' key) all the price lists available for the selected day would be displayed.
3.Choosing Price lists
On the Price List window, user can select all the Price Lists intended to be assigned to selected block(s), after which, click <Next> to continue:
4.Customizing the operation
At this point, user can customize the assignment of price lists by setting the following parameters:
•Apply to: Indicate if the price lists will be applied to either all days, selected type or only selected blocks.
•Mode: Set the action to be taken in case a selected block already has an associated price list.
•Apply to this period: Additionally to the current selection, you can specify if you want to assign the selected Price Lists to other dates as well, Price Lists will be assigned to the same block but on a different date.
5.Verifying the insertion
Once the <End> button is pressed, the selected Price lists would be immediately assigned according to the parameters previously specified, and would be displayed on the blocks grid.
Duplicate Price Lists
To duplicate a price list association simply select the relative block, right-click and select 'duplicate selected price lists' function, you would be prompt to specify the days on which the association would be copied to (in the same block, at the same time):
Disassociate Price Lists
Price lists can be removed by selecting the block or blocks (hold the 'Ctrl' key during selecting) from which you want to remove them and perform any of the following actions:
•Remove all Price Lists associated to a certain block(s): Right-click on selected block(s) and choose the 'Remove all assigned price lists' option (or press the 'Del' key).
•Remove specific Price Lists from certain block(s): Right-click on selected block(s) and select 'Add/Remove price list', and check only those price lists you intend to keep (leaving those to be removed unchecked), click the 'Next' button and define the exact days from which they would be removed.
