The Expired section allows account executive to view all the proposals that exceeded the maximum limit of validity (i.e. default proposal expiry days number) established by the Supervisor.
Expired proposals are not valid for sales management but they can be viewed by right-click on proposal and select the desired option:
Filters
Period - Specify the validity period of proposals to be displayed.
Customer - If set, only those proposals/orders associated to the given customer would be displayed.
Proposal code - If set, only those proposals/orders matching the given code would be displayed.
Spot code - If set, only those proposals/orders matching the given spot code would be displayed.
•View proposal: It allows to consult the proposal in read-only mode.
•Modify proposal: It allows to change the proposal lines and the expiry date (i.e. this requires the 'enable users to change the expiry date' to be active) to make the proposal valid again.
