11.4 Commissions

This section allows the account executive to view the amounts derived from commissions and payments and search and print reports.

GENERAL TAB

Here a summary of various total amounts is displayed:

PREVIOUS YEAR

• Account Executive: Select the account of the person who directly represents the station in commercial transactions with clients;
• Matured: the total amount of matured commissions in the previous financial year;
• Paid: the total amount of paid commissions in the previous financial year.

CURRENT YEAR

• Invoiced: the total net income derived from orders invoiced in the current financial year;
• Opening commissions balance: the opening balance for pending commissions from the previous invoicing period. This amount can be set from the section Salesman payments; it's the sum of all the entries with the "Opening commissions balance" type;
• Matured: Commissions derived from all invoiced and paid orders are due in the current financial year but still not paid yet;
• Paid: All the payments given to the salesman within the current financial year.

TOTALS
Considering all previous financial years, the total of matured and paid commissions. Moreover, the balance (positive or negative) of the selected account executive is provided.

DETAILS TAB

In this tab is possible to see all the commissions derived from orders applying the following filters:

• Period: Indicate which period the commissions to display should refer to;
• Matured commissions: Commissions derived from all invoiced and paid orders are due but still not paid yet;
• Matured and maturing commissions:  Commissions derived from all orders invoiced in the period, that is, the already matured and the still maturing commissions;
• Expected commissions: Commissions derived from all orders scheduled within the selected period but not yet maturing;
• Maturing commissions: Commissions derived from all invoiced orders which have not been yet paid nor become due;
• Paid: All the payments given to the salesman within the selected period;
• All stations/current station: Filter for the commissions derived from the orders of the station currently in use or from all the stations.

Clicking on the Search button, the results retrieved in the database will be displayed in the table at the bottom of the page.
