Action Description
The "Enable stations" action allows to either enable or disable an asset from specific stations, including adding or removing a set of stations (e.g. channel 1, channel 2) from the list of "stations enabled" of a particular asset.
The list of "stations enabled" of an asset can be manually consulted and set (granted rights are required) from the "Media Library > General data" tab.
Action Parameters
The fields to be compiled when creating the action are detailed below:
Parameters
Name - Insert a short descriptive name for the action (e.g. "Enable stations 1,2 and 5").
Stations - Select the stations for which the asset will be enabled.
Action - Indicate if this action is intended to enable or disable disable selected stations.
If season episode - Specify what to do in case the asset for which the T-workflow is launched belongs to a season:
Apply to all episodes - Stations will be enabled/disabled for all episodes forming part of the season.
Skip - No action will performed.
Depending on the result of the performed operation, the following outputs will be managed for the action:
Done (Stations have been successfully set)
Not done (Unable to set stations)
How to use it
Once created to be used, this action must be included in a T-workflow (e.g., enabling specific stations for managing an asset) under the T-workflow designer and then attached and launched for the desired asset(s).
