59.5.4.99 Account Executive Revenues by Cluster

Report Description

The Revenues by source report generates a document containing an annual analysis of the booking revenues and assigned budgets of ALL the account executives belonging to a specific cluster and collection. This report will detail the revenues of the last twelve months starting from a given date, including the total amount derived from those revenues for each account executive.

NB: All orders unrelated to a collection or cluster will be contained under the " Others " category.

Report Filters

All the parameters that permit a detailed report generation have been spread across seven different tabs to allow a more manageable configuration. By default, all filters are disabled (i.e., either blank or unselected); to enable them, it is enough to configure at least one parameter inside. Available filters include:

•Date range: Specify the period from which data will be retrieved,

•Collection: Filter here the specific collection to be included in the report,

•Cluster: Set in this field the only cluster to be filtered in the report,

•Report type: Indicate the type of events to be analyzed between:
- Scheduled: Only scheduled events will be taken into account.
- Not scheduled: Only non-scheduled events will be taken into account.
- From orders: All events derived from orders will be considered.

NB: Only those active sources (i.e., those that have generated revenues) in the selected period will be included.

Report Preview

The [Settings] permits configuring the page layout of the outgoing document; once filters and settings have been set, it will be possible to select between displaying a preview using the related [Preview] button or printing the document directly using the [Report] button. Please note that some reports permit the export of the generated document in the most common formats (pdf, CSV, doc, xls, XML, etc) just by using the [Export] button.
