What is Etere BMS?
Etere BMS allows broadcasting companies to manage the licensing rights process and control and monitor the rights status of single and multiple assets (seasons), including planning rights management and scheduling.
BMS
Purchase Order
• Search Purchase Order: Search the database for orders that match the criteria; you can filter assets by asset type, asset code, asset description, line description, etc.;
• New Purchase Order: Create a new order with general information such as the contract start and end date, the name of the supplier and producer, and the order description.
Settings
• Link Areas: Define the template area available to be used by the licensed stations;
• Media: Add the media (e.g. Satellite, Web) to be used in the platform template;
• Platforms Template: Define the combination of media, territories, flexy-metadata and codecs, to specify where and how the content should be delivered;
• Template Areas: Create a template to collate the previously defined media and territories;
• Territories: Create territories (e.g. China, Italy, France) to associate with territory groups when defining rights diffusion;
• Territory Groups: Create territory groups (e.g. Asia, Europe, Africa) to define the diffusion of rights.
VOD
• VOD Active List: This module searches for the active listing of VOD;
• VOD Calendar: This module search program within a specific date range on the selected platform(s);
• VOD Delivery Status: This module displays the delivery status of VOD by respective T-workflow within a specific date range on the selected platform(s);
• VOD New contract: It allows the creation of a new contract within a specific date range on the selected platform(s) and indicates the T-workflow to execute the contract.
• Search: This module searches the VOD contracts on a specific platform(s);
• Configure: This module view and define the columns of the VOD contract lines.
Reports
• Reports: Display a list of available information related to BMS. Upon fulfilling the report parameters, you can preview the specific report or download the report in Etere-supported format.
