6.3.8 Territory Groups

In the Territory Groups section, you can create territory groups, e.g. Asia, Europe, or Africa, to be used when defining the diffusion of rights.

Use the Add Line icon to add a new Territory Group to the list by simply enter the name of the new territory group. You must press the <Enter> key to confirm the new territory group and click the <Save> button to save the settings.

A popup message would appeared indicating the successful creation of new territory group.

A new territory group “Europe” is added to the list and all territories groups are aligned in alphabetical order. If you want to modify any of the territory group simply left-click on the territory group and select the available action.

•Edit: Edit the name of the territory group.
•Delete: Delete the territory group from the list.

As a preventive measure, if you attempted to delete a Territory Groups locked by other user, a warning message would be prompted and deletion would be denied.
