84.2.4.18 Secondary Events On Exploded Events

A secondary event is scheduled on each segment of an exploded program.
Schedule a single instance of secondary event into a program by specifying either
•After the program start
•Before the program end

•Name: Give it a brief descriptive name,
•Icon: Make double-click on the default icon to change it with a more suitable one.
