59.2.49.13 Web Task List

You can use the "Web Task List" configuration to customise the desired information to be displayed on the Agenda Web page each time the EtereWeb is launched.
Web_Task_List

• In the Web Task List configuration settings, a list of user templates is available for selection on the left panel; once a template is selected, a list of available columns is displayed on the right panel.  
• You can select desired columns to be displayed in the EtereWeb Task List by adding the columns to the central panel using the left-green-arrow button or removing them using the right-green-arrow buttons. When more columns are added, you can position them using the up/down green-arrow buttons.

• The "Filter" parameter allows filtering the list by task name, T-workflow name, assignee, asset code, asset title and its Flexi metadata. You can screen a single item or a combination of things.

• Users can adjust the width of the columns by modifying the value under the proper column inside this section. By default it is set to "0" and the columns have a predefined width.

All columns added to the web task list appear in Resources Management module > Tasks when the user executes a search. From EtereWeb released version 27.5 onwards, all columns in the Agenda view can be sorted in ascending and descending orders by clicking on the "Sort" icon at the top right corner of each column.
