9.2.4.22 Keys/Keyboards

As per the client version, the "Keys/Keyboards" section allows operators to easily enrich assets by selecting their related metadata through the keyboards (and keys) available on the system. To associate metadata to an asset, just click on the desired category (keyboard) and the related items (keys):

Moreover, keyboards can quickly search for assets under the full-text search tab.

The user must click the +Add button and a form with all the selectable Keyboards and the related Keys will be prompted.

NB: Please note that this tab must be enabled under the Etere Configuration > Settings > Basic > Assets section to be displayed.

NB: Keys and Keyboards must be first created in the related sections in Etere Configuration > Settings > Media asset management. See the associated chapters for more information.
