The main menu of the Monitoring Console provides the following functions:
File menu
This menu allows you to close and exit the Monitoring Console.
SNMP menu
Here is possible to set and use some of the functions related to the SNMP Console feature:
• Settings: Define the filtering parameters for the reception of SNMP messages.
• Manage all SNMP messages: Displays the SNMP messages received for ALL the displayed devices.
• Archive all active SNMP messages for all devices: This sensitive function sets the messages of all displayed devices as archived, thus cleaning all visual warnings from the monitoring console. A confirmation by the user is required.
Alternatively, you can randomly select (or deselect) multiple messages from the SNMP Console and selectively archive SNMP messages for the devices.
View menu
Bring access to essential monitoring tools that permit having a storage overview of the entire system:
• Database space monitor: Visualize detailed information on the database storage status.

• Device space cleanup: Choose which devices the monitoring console should launch the cleanup workflows for. Please refer to the Devices space cleanup chapter for detailed information on this function.
• Configure > Rack: Allows the users with system admin rights to create racks to define how the devices are arranged and their physical location. For more information, see Monitoring tools > Configure Rack and Etere Configuration > Settings > Racks.
