59.5.4.89 Revenues by Type

Report Description
The Revenues by type report allows, as its names suggest, to generate a document containing a detailed report of all the revenues derived from specific asset types (e.g., commercials, promos, etc) or also by its product category (e.g., cellphones, clothes, drinks, etc.). The report will include a line for each asset type detailing its most relevant info (i.e., type, unit price, total runs, daily average, period total, budget amount, total acquired, and total commissions) as well as a total calculation (i.e., period total plus total acquired).

Report Filters
All the parameters that permit detailed report generation have been spread across seven different tabs to allow for a more straightforward configuration. By default, all filters are disabled (i.e., either blank or unselected); to enable them, it is enough to configure at least one parameter inside.

Available filters include:

Customer/Account Executive: Select if the revenues will be calculated for a specific customer or account executive, and specify the customer/account executive to which the report is related. If no customer/account executive is selected, all revenues derived from all customers/account executives will be included,

Date range: Specify the period from which data will be retrieved,

Stations: Indicate the station(s) that will be analyzed, that is, the stations on which assets have been scheduled,

Types: Select and configure one of the following filtering criteria:

- Asset types: By default, all asset types are included in the report; however, here, it's possible to narrow the information to a specific type(s),

- Group: Select at least one asset type on which the report will be based. Moreover, the 'Save groups configuration' will save the current selected types to be automatically available for future uses,

- Product categories: Use it to classify assets by product category instead of filtering them by asset type.

Report Preview
The [Settings] permits configuring the page layout of the outgoing document; once filters and settings have been set, it will be possible to select between displaying a preview using the related [Preview] button or printing the document directly using the [Report] button. Please note that some reports permit the export of the generated document in the most common formats (PDF, CSV, doc, xls, XML, etc) just by using the [Export] button.
