59.2.36 Media Type

The "Media Type" section allows to specify the codecs supported by the storage devices (video servers) managed within the system. To do this, select a video server from the list (e.g. GVG K2 Shared Storage) and enable all its supported codecs (e.g. MXF, WMV) by ticking them off:

NB: Please note that media types can also be set under the Resources Editor module through the Media Types Editor.
