59.5.4.103 Summary Sales Productivity by Account Executive

Report Description

The Summary Sales Productivity by Account Executive report allows the generation of a document containing the monthly revenues earned by the television station in a particular year from a specific account executive, making it possible to narrow the report to only those revenues incoming from specific channels, spot codes and classifications.

This report is helpful, for example, for getting an overview of the company's sales productivity and analyzing it for specific account executives.

Please note that this report retrieves data from the production and historical databases (if it exists). This feature will include more information in the report, but it may require more time to generate.

Report Filters

All the parameters that permit detailed report generation have been spread across seven different tabs to allow for easier configuration. By default, all filters are disabled (i.e., either blank or unselected); to enable them, it is enough to configure at least one parameter inside. Available filters include:

•Year: Select the year from which revenue data will be retrieved.

•Types: Indicate the status (e.g. order, proposal, expired, etc) that contracts must match to be included in the report. For information on the available status, please refer to the chapter on sales: Getting Started.

•Channels: Narrow retrieved revenues to a specific network station or leave this field empty to include all stations.

•CL: Select here the Classification List (i.e. price list) for which the report will be generated. Leave this empty to include all.

•Spot code: Enable the codes of the spots to be included in the revenues calculation.

Report Preview

The [Settings] permits to configure the page layout of the outgoing document; once filters and settings have been set, it will be possible to select between displaying a preview using the related [Preview] button or printing the document directly using the [Report] button:

Please note that some reports permit the export of the generated document in the most common formats (PDF, CSV, doc, xls, XML, etc) just by using the [Export] button.
