The following procedures describe changing the asset code for a specific asset:
From the Assets Assignment module
Make right-click on the asset for which the code will be changed under the 'List of assets linked to the order line' section:
Then, select the 'change asset code and description' function, which, as its name suggests, will allow the operator to quickly change the code and the description of the asset in question. This function will directly modify Etere's assets repository. Therefore, changes applied to the asset will be extended to all places where the asset is used.
From the Media Library module
Open the Media Library module, search for the asset and double-click on the old code to replace it with a new one, just as shown in the following figure:
Once the new code is entered, press the [Ok] button and then [Save] the asset form; the new code will be updated across the entire system.
