The Air Sales module allows the creation and scheduling of Air Sales contracts and managing the existing contracts and Orders.

In the Air Sales module, users can search for existing orders using the provided parameters or create a new Order. Functions available are:

Function: Assets Assignment
Description: This function allows you to filter contracts by their various assignments or asset status. For example, you can filter assets within a specific date range, search contracts with a single linked asset or multiple assets, already scheduled or yet to be, etc.
Function: Customer
Description: In the Customer functions, you can enter customer code to display invoiced contracts related to the specific customer under a particular year. The invoices are expressed monthly, with the total summed up for the year.
Functions: Lightbox
Description: You can obtain a list of commonly accessed contracts in the database in the function.
Price List
Function: New price list
Description: In this function, you can create a new price list and indicate the latest price list will be used within the specified date range. More detailed requirements can be set while creating the price list for dedicated usage.
Function: Price list grid.
Description: The Price list grid provides a custom view of all prices presented within a specified date range and enables you to modify any price list from the displays. The modification includes assigning a price list, removing a price list, or removing all price lists from the system.
Function: Search price list
Description: This function enables you to search for an existing price list by its description name and within a specific date range. An option is provided to search only the expired price list and narrow up the search. You can modify the price list details from the search results, e.g. change line colour, price list description, etc.).
Sales Contracts
Functions: New Contract
Description: Use this function to create a new contract and set the contract properties.
Functions: Search
Description: Search for contracts that match the specified criteria. You can search contracts by their type (order, proposal running, proposal approved, etc.), Order number, code, description, line description, customer name or name of the account executive.
Functions: Account Executive
Description: The Account Executive function allows you to search for sales contracts created for each month under the specific year or contracts related to a particular account executive.
Functions: Reports
Description: The Reports function stores all Air Sales reports, available for preview to print or download a message to a specific path.
