Etere provides the following functions to integrate Gen21 systems into your Etere system:
T-Workflow action - Gen21 GET info
Description: Update the Etere system with information from the Gen 21 system (e.g. title, scheduled duration, etc.).
T-Workflow action - Gen21 SET info
Description: Update a Gen21 system with data from the Etere system (e.g. ingested, ok to broadcast).
The above function allows to, for example, automatically extend performed changes to integrated Gen21 systems in the following cases:
Default T-workflow - Asset is created
Description: Each time an asset is created in Etere, a T-workflow will automatically Get its data from the Gen21 integrated system, thus avoiding time-consuming insertions and data discrepancies between systems.
Default T-workflow - Asset is modified
Description: Each time an asset is modified in Etere (e.g. a new media is ingested, a metadata field is compiled, its broadcast status is changed, etc.), a T-workflow will automatically Set the up-to-date information into the Gen21 integrated system, also performing a Get function to update the Etere system to keep both systems aligned.
Default T-workflow - Asset is scheduled
Description: Etere will periodically and automatically get the airing list from the Gen21 system, updating retrieved data into the Etere system.

Description: Automatically query the Gen21 system to detect changes on airing lists.
Assets Matching
Matching between Etere and Gen21 systems assets is performed through the Etere “code” and the Gen21 “house number”, thus establishing a unique correspondence between both systems that will allow Etere to perform all read and write operations with the maximum accuracy and reliability.
