Paths to media content stored in the external library are saved in the Etere database using the following format: [Archive-path] / [Asset-code] / [Filename], where:
•[Archive-path]: It's the library path, that is, where asset directories are stored (e.g., FTP://user:pass@111.222.33.44/Archive).
In case the 'remove username and password from the media path' parameter is enabled, the username and password will be removed from the archive path; whereas, in case the 'add username and password to media path' parameter is enabled, the username and password will be added to the archive path.
•[Asset-code]: It's the directory path where video clips associated with an asset are stored (e.g., CT0356_What_a_day),
•[Filename]: It's the Filename of the video clip associated with itself (e.g., CT0356_23141.MXF).
Example
For instance, the complete path to the linked media of the examples above will be:
FTP://user:pass@111.222.33.44/Archive/CT0356_What_a_day/CT0356_23141.MXF
