In case an operator attempts to use (e.g. for preview) a resource which is locked for ingesting, any the following actions will be performed by the system:
•If the resource is locked by the same workstation that intends to use it, a message will indicate who's currently using it and after a confirmation, the resource will be allowed to be used (i.e. the locked resource will be released).
•If the resource is locked by another workstation different from the current one, a message will indicate who's currently using it and will tell to the operator that the resource in question will not be allowed to be used.
•If the resource could not be activated after 3 attempts, the resource would be locked as "Error" and unavailable for ingest.
NB: Please note that in case to perform the check, the locked old resource (i.e. defined under the Resources module) must be linked to a new resource (i.e. defined under Resource Editor module).
