59.5.9.2 Orders Allocation Balance

Report Description

The Orders Allocation Balance report allows the generation of a document containing all rights used (or available for use) by programs within a certain period, allowing them to be filtered -besides from right and period- by asset type and source order.  This report is an inventory situation useful to keep track of the use of rights.

Report Filters

All the parameters that permit a detailed report generation have been spread across seven different tabs to allow a more manageable configuration. By default, all filters are disabled (i.e., they are either blank or unselected); to enable them it is enough to configure at least one parameter on their inside.

Available filters include:

Rights type: Specify if the report will be generated for used rights (i.e. scheduled), available rights (i.e. to schedule) or all rights (i.e. used and available).

Period (from date - to date): Indicate the time range from which scheduling data will be retrieved.

Type: Use this filter to narrow retrieved data only to a specific type of assets (e.g. TV season, movies, etc).

Order: This filter narrows the retrieved data to a specific order. Leave this blank to include all orders.

Report Preview

The [Settings] permits to configure the page layout of the outgoing document; once filters and settings have been set, it will be possible to select between displaying a preview using the related [Preview] button or printing the document directly using the [Report] button:

Please note that some reports permit the export of the generated document in the most common formats (pdf, CSV, doc, xls, XML, etc) just by using the [Export] button.
