The "Scheduling status" module is a calendar-like interface formed by the block segments assigned to the order line under a certain user-defined period. The "Scheduling status" module allows to easily manage (view, move, delete and insert) scheduled events derived from order lines.
Please note that in case the "Sales Proposal\Orders_edit_schedule" right is disabled for the current operator, the "Scheduling status" module will be provided as a view-only mode.
Defining the scheduling
The scheduling to be managed is defined by the parameters and rules defined in the order, however, these parameters can be changed to narrow the period to be managed:
BASIC OPTIONS
The Base Options are always displayed, allowing the operator to specify the following filters:
Start and End date - Specify the period for which scheduled events will be either viewed or modified.
NB: Please note that in case of opening past dates it won't be possible to modify events scheduled in the past.
Customize - The [customize] button will allow to specify exact dates for performing the scheduling, by selecting the dates in the left-calendar and pressing the [move >>] button.
ADVANCED OPTIONS
The Advanced Options are hidden by default, by pressing the [Show/Hide Options] button the following filters are shown:
Start & End Time - Set the time frame on which the order line has been scheduled. For instance, 'Start=06:00:00' and 'End=05:59:59' means that the search will be carried out on the entire day starting from 06:00:00 and end at the same hour of the following day.
Priority - It is the priority that will be assigned to scheduled events, this value is based on the active scheduling type:
- 1,2 : Jingles
- 3 : Top
- 500 : Default (i.e. Air Sales will use its own criteria for scheduling).
- 997 : Bottom
- 998 : Integration Filler
- 999 : Split Filler
Blocks and Segments - Select the blocks on which you want to perform the search, besides selecting blocks one-by-one, it is possible to make right click and select the option 'select all'.
NB: It will be possible to select only those segments belonging to the order line type (e.g. spot) within blocks associated to the order line.
Split - It display all the split networks enabled in the order line's parameters, it will be possible to select the split networks on which the order line will be viewed or modified.
Additionally, by enabling the 'horizontal segments' option, the List of reservations will be presented, displaying days as rows and segments as columns, instead of displaying segments as rows and days as columns.
Once all the options which define the scheduling to be managed have been set, press the [Status] button to start using the "Scheduling Status" module.
NB: Please note that the current configuration of the parameters set in this form can be saved by navigating to the File menu and selecting the 'save schedule template' option.
