202.2.4.46 Quick Line Functions

By right-click on the Order Lines list you will access to a menu which permits you to carry out the most used functions regarding commercial order's scheduling, this menu has been illustrated in the image below:

Function - New line
Description : Create a new order line (see the Inserting a New Order Line for further info).

Function - Delete line
Description : Delete the current selected order line.

Function - Duplicate line
Description : Creates a duplicate of the selected order line, this option will save you time if you intend to create a new order with very similar order lines to the current selected one.

Function - Create Remainder
Description : Generates a new order line as a duplicate of the current selected one but without featuring the runs already scheduled and aired, it means that the newly created order line will only contain those 'runs' that are left to be scheduled and aired.

Function - Virtual Document
Description : Allows you to link digital documents to the current order line, digital documents can be retrieved from either the local PC, the network, a scanner or from the Etere's database (an already inserted document). This option is very useful because avoids the maintenance of physical documents related to commercial orders by using paperless documents.

Function - Scheduling
Description : Under this option, you are able to quickly access the most common commercial scheduling functions such as:

•Assign Spaces,

•Link to an existing reservation,

•Remove from schedule: This option will cancel the booking of all events (including those in white and black lists) belonging to the current order lines.

•Change priority of events scheduled in future: This function allows to change the priority of all events derived from the selected order line which are scheduled in future dates (i.e. from tomorrow onwards). The priority with which an order line has been scheduled can be consulted using the "Scheduling status" tool.

NB: Please note that it is not possible to change the priority of events scheduled as "top and bottom" nor to assign "system priorities" (e.g. 3, 500, 997).

•Link pending events: Assign to the current order line a custom list of pending events.

•Multichannel Asset Change,

•Scheduling Status,

•Report: It generates a report listing all scheduled documents for one of the following filtering criteria:
- Scheduling list of scheduled events,
- Scheduling list of transmitted events,
- Scheduling list of fault events.
All the abovementioned are clearly illustrated along this chapter.

Function - Multi-order
Description : The sub-feature "Link to child order line" allows to link the master order line to the child order lines.  

Function - Refresh (F5)
Description : Updates all the order lines' properties displayed in the list.

Function - White / Black List Events
Description : Displays a report indicating dates which contains events scheduled in the White/Black List. Please refer to the White and Black Lists chapter for further information about these lists.

Function - TopUp
Description : This option allows you to link a certain amount of topups (supplementary space which is not billed) to the current order line, consult the proper TopUps Management chapter for further instructions.

Function - View event log
Description : In case the selected event belongs to an order, this function displays a small window detailing all the operations performed for the related order. The displayed log include the notes, date, user and application of performed operations such as:
- Assets assignment,
- Booking insertion,
- Blacklist deposit,
- Event deletion,
- etc.
