4.5.2.3 Asset

The Asset Tab allows you to add an asset to the Order lines, modify existing assets in a database or remove assets linked to the Order lines.

There is no asset linked to the Order lines from the above display, and you can use the Add Asset icon to add assets to Order lines.

The function would launch a Search Asset window to search for assets matching the search criteria.

Search_Asset

Select an asset from the Search Results and click the <Insert> button to link the assets to the Order line.

After an asset is added to Order lines, you can "Edit" the asset or "Remove" the  button.

If you want to edit the asset linked to the Order lines, fulfil the required parameters.

• Rotation %: Enter the percentage to the asset intended to be used during the rotation. This percentage would dictate how frequently the asset would be used compared to other assets.
• Notes: Enter a brief description to identify the changes.

Next, click the <Save> button to save changes made to the asset and exit from the edit window.
