Listed below are the guidelines when switching between 2 storage devices:
1. First, launch Automation control for the Next scheduled date.
2. Ensure all Data Mover actions are completed and closed.
3. Close all “Operation by Workflow” processes to ensure no error is reported during closure.
4. Switch the Storage device.
5. After switching, ensure the path is accessible from Windows.
6. Trigger a few Data Mover’s Copy actions and ensure the actions are complete without error.
7. Verify the copied material is playable by the video server.
