59.5.4.105 Artist Presence

Report Description

The Artists Presence report allows the generalisation of a document detailing all the scheduled appearances of a particular artist (or all) across the schedule of a specific date range. A planned appearance occurs each time an asset associated with an artist is scheduled to go on-air, and the asset is featured as often as the related asset. 

Report Filters

All the parameters that permit a detailed report generation have been spread across seven different tabs to allow a more manageable configuration. By default, all filters are disabled (i.e., either blank or unselected); to enable them, it is enough to configure at least one parameter inside. Available filters include:

•Date range: Indicate the period from which data will be retrieved, that is, the date on which the artists have been featured,

•Time interval: Specify the exact daily time frame on which artists to be included in the report have been featured,

•Artist details:  Define the level of information detail, if it will be analytic (all fields) or summarised (most relevant fields).

•Artists: By default, all artists featured in the selected period are retrieved; however, this section allows one to search and choose the single artist to whom the report will be exclusively concerned.

Report Preview

The [Settings] permits configuring the page layout of the outgoing document; once filters and settings have been set, it will be possible to select between displaying a preview using the related [Preview] button or printing the document directly using the [Report] button. Please note that some reports permit the export of the generated document in the most common formats (pdf, CSV, doc, xls, XML, etc) just by using the [Export] button.
