84.4.5.43 CUSTOM > CH-9 > ANAGRAF

The custom Anagraph import permits to read and import into the Etere system a .CSV file containing personal data related to customers, agencies and account executive. Imported file are generated (saved) from a .XLSX file (MS Excel 2007 spreadsheet format).

This import module requires the following parameters to be set in order to be correctly used:

•File to import: Browse for the directory where the file(s) to be imported have been placed, make double click on any file and the following four files will be automatically searched on the selected directory:

- DirectDebtors.csv  contains a list of station's directly concerned debtors,

- AgencyDebtors.csv Contains a list of agency's debtors,

- AgencyClients.csv : Contains a list of agency's customers,

- SalesRep.csv : Contains a list of agency's account executive.

Supported Fields

Etere's database count with the Anagraf table, which is used to store all personal data managed by stations, the import file must detail the following two key fields::

•ANAGRAF.PERSONAFISICA : That is, the legal entity type, this value can be: 0=company, 1=person, 2=etere login

•ANAGRAF.FLAGAGENT : That is, the functional entity type, supported values are: 0=none, 1=account executive, 2=agency, 3= purchasing group, 4=media company
