71.16.2.8 Barcode

In this tab you can enable the use of a barcode reader, it can be either a hardware (On RS232) or software (On Keyboard), by default the use of barcode readers is disabled (Not Used). If you enable this option you will be able to define some parameters like:

•Set the barcode type to be used, you can select between either a Sony barcode reader or the Etere defined in Etere Configuration | Settings | Barcode,

•Enter the port where the barcode is connected,

•Choose between either manual or automatic confirmation for each barcode reading,

•Select the Default Mater Media, which regards how the standard media must be in the creation phase.
