This section provide additional information specific to the asset to which the purchase order is related. Information includes:

Parameter - Tapeless Reception
Description : This section dictate the parameters which the asset will be made available for delivery via the Etere Tapeless Reception service. Information presented in this section includes:

Person in charge - The operator who activates the tapeless reception and track the delivery.

Supplier - The web user (e.g. external agency) intended to upload the asset.

Scheduled arrival - The scheduled date for delivering the media file.

Parameter - CL
Description : The parental classification of the program/season used for catalog/restrict contents according to the audience suitability.

Parameter - Production Country
Description : Indicate the country where the media is produced.  The country code would be automatically append when country is selected.

Parameter - Self-production Percentage
Description : Indicate the percentage of the asset comes from the station and the percentage from another producer.
- If the asset is self-produced, the value is set to 100%.
- If the asset is co-produced, the percentage is set between 0% and 100%.
- If the asset is produced by others, this parameter is set to 0%.

Parameter - Independent producer
Description : Indicate if the asset has been produced by an independent producer.

The information would be used based on two circumstances:

The order line is already linked to an asset - The information would be automatically retrieved from the linked asset and displayed in read-only mode.

The order line is not linked to an asset -The information would be overwritten when an existing asset is associated or used for compiling newly created assets.
