Action Description
This template can create an action for controlling whether an asset with a specific codification has been archived in HSM (HIERARCHICAL STORAGE MANAGEMENT).
Note: In case a media pool has been previously set by a "set HSM archiving media pool" action, the NB: In case the asset is linked to multiple files of the same codec, the action will check if at least one of the linked files is archived in an online tape. Will be performed against it. If not set, all media pools will be considered.
Action Parameters
To create it, complete the following data:
•Name: Enter a descriptive title for the action,
•Select Codec: Specify the desired codecs to be controlled.
How to use it
This action can be used (in the T-Workflow designer) to, for example, check if an asset has already been archived before starting its archiving.
